Leniel Adrian Dover
Leniel Adrian Dover, 81, of Pollard died Tuesday, December 21, 2004, in the Piggott Community Hospital.
He was born July 4, 1923, in Pollard, the son of the late Claud and Katie Maples Dover.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie, on December 4, 2004; one grandson, David Permenter; one great-granddaughter, ,Morgan Hardin; one sister, Mary Jane Dover; and two brothers, James and Alvin Dover.
He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Bearden and Patricia Permenter, both of Pollard; one son, Randy Dover of Pollard; eight grandchildren, Lana Mansfield of Pollard, Cassandra Smith of Millington, TN, April Staggs of Corning, Aaron Bearden of Kennett, Dillon Dover and Hillary Dover, both of Rogers, AR, Ryan Magers and Nikki Blackburn of Pollard; six great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and other relatives and friends.
Burial in the New Hope Cemetery in Pollard.

Lossie Ethridge Dover
Losson Ethridge Dover, 83, of Piggott died Friday, March 29, 2002, at Piggott Community Hospital.
He was born October 12, 1918, near Piggott, the son of the late Herbert Millage and Lula Hayes Dover.
He married Sulvanda Neeley on December 14, 1935. To this union two daughters were born. His wife preceded him in death on February 26, 2000.
He served in the U.S. Navy SSC third class 1945-46 during World War II. He served on the USS Edgecomb. He was post commander from 1959 to 1962 in Piggott and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans.
He has been a Mason for years and was raised to Master Mason on February 8, 1960, at Piggott Lodge 545 in Piggott. He was retired from General Motors Local 598 UAW in Flint, MI.
He was also a former member of the Ford Tractor Campers Club. He was an ordained deacon in the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church and was, at the time of his death, a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church east of Piggott.
He was also preceded in death by one great-grandson and two brothers, Clifford and Marvin Dover.
He is survived by two daughters: Linda and husband, Richard Johnson, of Clawson, MI, and their two daughters, Maloy and Dave Dick and sons, Ryan and Kevin, of Rochester Hills, MI, Robin and Dave Londal and children Cody, Sarah and Alec of Farmington Hills, MI, daughter Janice Kay Major of Union City, MI, and her two sons, Mike and Kellie Stites and children, Katie, Rachel and Philip of Flint, Mark and Didi Stites and children, Nathan and Mindi, Justin and Richelle Stites of Union City; and four sisters and their families, Roberta Stoeffler of Alcoa, TN, and Una Pollard, Betty Pollard and Sue Benson, all of Piggott; and other relatives and friends.
Burial in Piggott Cemetery.

Nora Bessie Johnson Dover
Nora Bessie Dover, 81, of Pollard, died Saturday, December 4, 2004, in the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott.
She was born March 30, 1923, in Piggott, the daughter of the late John W. and Offa N. Vaughn Johnson.
She was united in marriage to
Leniel Dover on March 12, 1941. They had three children.
She was a member of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Piggott.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, David Permenter; one great-granddaughter, Morgan Hardin; one brother, Winifred Johnson; three sisters, Theniel Strall, Ora Harp and Joyce Bearden.
She is survived by her husband, Leniel Dover of Pollard; two daughters, Deborah Bearden and Patricia Permenter; one son, Randy Dover, all of Pollard; eight grandchildren, Lana Mansfield of Pollard, Cassandra Smith of Millington, TN, April Staggs of Corning, Aaron Bearden of Kennett, Dillon Dover and Hillary Dover, both of Rogers, AR, Ryan Magers and Nikki Blackburn, both of Pollard; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one brother, Jack Johnson of Booneville, MO; and other relatives and friends.
Burial in the New Hope Cemetery in Pollard.
