Carrol Haywood

 Carrol Haywood, 72, of Senath, MO, died Friday, August 27, 2004, at his residence.

Born December 14, 1931 in Holcomb, MO, son of the late Herschel and Nora Miles Haywood, he was a US Navy veteran, having served in the Korean War.  He was employed as a supervisor at Emerson Electric Company.

On May 2, 1975, he married Mary Beth Harris, who survives of the home.

Survivors also include, three sons, Greg Haywood of Kennett, MO, Kenny Holmes of Senad and Jason Holms of Mt. Pleasant, SC; one brother Perry Allen Haywood of Cedar Hill, TX; four sisters, Madge Goans of Pontiac, MI, Shirley Bader of Hillsboro, MO, Linda Beckwith of Arnold, MO, and Vickie Allen of Campbell, MO;  five grandchildren, Gregory and Courtney Haywood, and Stephanie, Natalie and Benjamin Holmes.

He was preceded in death by one son, Carrol Lynn Haywood; one brother, Jack Haywood and one grandson, Joshua Blake Haywood.

Burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, MO.

Dorothy Autumn (Davis) Haywood

Dorothy Autumn Haywood, 88, of West Memphis, AR, formerly of Piggott, died Friday, May 25, 2001, in West Memphis.

She was born January 15, 1913 in Rector, AR, the daughter of the late Frank and Angeline Davis.

She married Leslie W. Haywood on August 15, 1937 in Recto.  He preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Rector Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mona McCord, and three brothers.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Dot Haywood of West Memphis; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Burial at Mitchell Cemetery, near Greenway, AR.

 Glen Dale Haywood

Glen Dale Haywood, 81, of Greenway, AR, died Thursday, March 30, 2000 at the Piggott Nursing Center.  

He was born December 8, 1918, in Piggott, AR, the son of the late William Otto and Fronie Louise Bradham Haywood.

He married Eulalia Sinko on October 12, 1941.  To this union two children were born.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Leslie Haywood.

He is survived by his wife, Eulalia; one son, Michael Haywood, and wife, Debby, of Piggott; one daughter, Danna Haywood and husband, Hulen, of Piggott; four grandchildren, Kim, Susan, Andy and Heath; four great-grandchildren, Connor, Caroline, Amand and Erin; and many other relatives and friends.

Burial in Mitchell Cemetery, near Greenway, AR.

Hulen Haywood

Hulen Haywood, 58, of Piggott, died Thursday, Auguts 9, 2001, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

He was born September 27, 1942, in Piggott, the son of the late Henry and Izalia R. Rogers Haywood.

He married Danna Haywood on August 31, 1963.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Waynard and Gerald, and three infant sisters.

He was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Piggott.

He is survived by his wife, Danna; three children, Kim, Susan and Heath; two grandchildren, Connor and Caroline; four brothers, Roger Haywood, and wife, Diane, of McDougal, AR, Paul Haywood and wife Liz, of Corning, AR, James Haywood and wife, Renee, of Sacremento, CA, and Boyce Haywood and wife, Barbara, of Jerome, MI; six sisters, Alma Joyce Anderson and husband, Norman, of Little Rock, Sonya Sue Haywood, Elaine Smart, Carolyn Galyean and husband, Bill, and Wilma Ross and husband, Gerald all of Piggott, and Ella Jean Burnett and husband, Sonny, of Nashville, TN; and many other relatives and friends.

Burial in Piggott Cemetery, Piggott, AR.

Lewis E. Haywood

Lewis E. Haywood, 84, of Mt. Carmel, IL, died July 13, 2003 in Piggott.

He was born in Piggott on November 26, 1918, to the late L.W. "Sam" and Susan Haywood.

Mr. Haywood was a WWII Navy Veteran and a retired tool and die specialist.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Victoria.

He is survived by two daughters, Julia Jean Colvin and husband, Larry, of PA, and Mary Lou "Mimi" Ambrose and husband, Wes, of Little Rock, AR; one son, Michael Haywood, and wife, Sonia, of OR; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marie Elder of Arkansas.

Burial in Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester Hills, MI.

Michael Otto Haywood

Michael Otto Haywood, 52, of Piggott, died Tuesday, January 22, 2002, at his home.

He was born September 30, 1949, in Piggott, the son of Glen Dale and Eulalia N. Sinko Haywood.

He married Deborah Ann McElvoy on May 22, 1971.  To this union, one son was born.

He was a 1972 graduate of Arkansas Tech University.  He served four years in the US Army and nine years in the Army Reserve and was honorably discharged as Captain.

He was employed for 25 years as a claim representative for the Social Security Administration until his death.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glen Dale Haywood, on March 30, 2000.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann; one sone, Andrew Haywood of Paragould; his mother, Eulalia Haywood of Greenway; one sister, Danna Haywood of Piggott; and other relatives and friends.

Burial in Piggott Cemetery, Piggott, AR.
