K.D. Driver
K.D. Driver, 69, a resident of Dover, died Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at his home.
He was born December 28, 1936 at Eastland, TX, to D.M. and Esther Mae Moore Driver.
He was a building contractor and owned Driver Construction.
He enjoyed gardening and feeding the birds and animals. When not working, he could be found at Dewayne's Bar-B-Q & Grill, visiting with friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Jerry Dean Driver; and two sisters, Dorothy Price and Yuvonne Smith.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Mellena Driver of Dover; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marian and Chuck McLaughlin of Dover and Cindy and Randy Pfeifer of Dardanelle; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Jeannette Driver of Midland, TX and Charles and Charlotte Driver of Leesville, LA; six grand-children, Vanessa and Blake Jackson, Parker McLaughlin, Nick and Brooke Pfeifer, and Hanah Driver; and other relatives and friends.
